Still Alive....... I think........

Sorry my faithful followers, I have been a busy lady with many weddings, and work stuff consuming my life, oh and of course taking care of my family!!

Not much has happened in the last few months besides a couple of friends got married I was a Personal Attendant in both weddings and got my drink on accordingly........ enough said about that.

I was suppose to go to LAS freaking VEGAS, but after an 8 hour delay at the airport and finally cancelling our flight.......... we did not go at all.  It was a work trip so I didn't pay for anything but it still sucked because I was soooo ready for Vegas and I to meet :)

My birthday came and went I'm officially 2 years away from 30.  I celebrated with a couple of my favorite couples, the Mortenson's and the Howe's!  We ate $300 worth of food at the Quarry in Mason City and then had some beverages at the Historic Park Inn Hotel, where we did not see Bill Cosby because Alex is a pusspants.

Our niece, Ayva, was baptized on my birthday in North Washington so we were in Northern Iowa for the weekend.  She is getting soooo big and of course I made her an adorable headband that she will wear someday, I hope!

We are building a garage finally!!  I cannot park in my garage due to the large amount of "STUFF".  The new garage will house Landon and Jareds' crap and it will be glorious!

     

Finger painting fun

Made some edible finger paint for Landon to do some Artist work.  I got the recipe off of Pinterest like I do everything else, and here it is FINGER PAINT.  It's a good thing it was EDIBLE because he did feast on it a couple of times...

 

Pender's wedding gift

I have a total of 10ish weddings this year, and like most people in the world, I live on a budget.....  I thought I would put my skills to work by making awesome wedding gifts for all the friends and family!!  The wedding I will be attending this weekend is Miss Lacey Penders'.  She is an old co-worker also that of course loved working me!!  I am a personal attendant at her wedding and can't wait for he to boss me around for a change, because generally that is what I did to her at work :) 
She is obsessed with her dog, Lily, she is a wiener dog and is pretty much adorable.  I checked out Lacey's Pinterest boards and came across this.......

I thought oh why don't I just whip something like that up and she would poop her pants over it.... so I did.

BOOM..... now every time she see's it she can think of me!!

Andi's Bachelorette Party

Andrea Schell is finally getting married!!!  She is a co-worker of mine in Huxley and we have worked together for over 3 years now.  The theme was FOOTBALL, we all had cute little jerseys to wear and we made quit the "team".  Andi is adorable and she needed me to do my usual, hair make-up, the works.  

 There is the beautiful bride-to-be, I also bedazzled the hell out of her jersey.  Nothing is ever blingy enough for me!

 The evening was somewhat memorable and I managed to stay up till 6am, why you ask, I have no idea!!!!!  It was a very long next two days..........

State Fair post that I forgot to do!!!

IOWA STATE FAIR!!!

Landon's first Fair!  We didn't go on any rides, looked at a couple things and went to the stinkiest weirdest petting zoo. Ate about everything we came across; gyro's, fried pickles, fried cheese curds, and Landon got a huge plate of french fried that are featured in many of the following photo's.

Our wonderful neighbor, Bobbi works at Iowa State University and was at their booth in the varied industries building.  She of course made Landon feel awesome and special by putting "LANDON IS COOL" up on the scrolling  light up board above their booth!

Landon loved all the animals, he yelled at them, tried to touch them, and even tried to give them a little smooch!!

 This was at the DNR refuge, it was full of ducks and swans and Landon yelled at them for a while too.

 Last stop is of course the biggest PUMPKIN.  Signs all over that said not to climb on or touch pumpkins....... as you can see Landon does not care!!  Please note the large plate of fries on his stroller, eat up Landon you have such great parents that feed you healthy foods all the time!

Gotta start with a special thanks to Mrs. Kaduce, my elementary music teach, who taught me that lovely song many years ago and now I cannot spell that work with out singing it first!!!
